Your rights as a patient of Advancells

  • You have the right to gather accurate information or review your medical records or get it explained, except when it is not allowed by the law.
  • You have the right to expect the best healthcare services from Advancells. If our experts recommend a transfer or referral, you will be informed in advance about various risks, options and benefits. You will be transferred only when the other healthcare entity approves or accepts you.
  • Prompt resolution of grievances is also your right.

It is your responsibility to ask questions as and when you are not very clear or don’t understand certain information or instructions. It is your responsibility to be considerate about the needs of the co-patients and people working in the hospital. You are responsible for cooperating with the hospital and make payments when needed.
