Global Health Policies- The Obamacare, an important health reform proposed in the era of Mr. Obama is being battled for its survival, against recent proposals offered through Mr. Trump Congress. In that sense, the new proposals have been strategized in order to modify the same; with the inclusion of benefits that are legally required and dropping out others that are essentially not mandatory. While the US government intends to fit all types of necessary health cares into fixed fiscal envelope, there are rather some hard decisions to be proposed; to offer any subsidies without preoptimized standards.

Global Health Policies:

In this regard, many experts in the field have argued against ever increasing global healthcare data base; established on the basis of one-size-fits-all cost-effective healthcare decisions, en-routing towards universal health coverage; alternatively, they proposed evidence-informed deliberative process, acknowledging the complex political issues, such as what kind of medical procedures, medicines, devices, diagnostics should be covered? And up to what extent, it should be covered etc. Thus, the ever-evolving solutions to these core health issues should determine the success of universal health coverage.

In line with these possible assumptions various countries, such as England, Wales, Canada, Republic of Korea, etc. have come up with the establishment of national institutions, that are solely responsible for defining and shaping up of priorities for general health care expenditures, based upon the evidence and developmental process. These organizations, generally being identified as National Technological Assessments Centers; prioritizing and supporting novel, innovative technologies to encompass healthcare policies and their improved reachability through cost-effective platforms. In addition, to which, a more systematic approach has been evolved very recently through World Health Organization and Disease Control and Prevention to support global evidence of affordable health interventions. Thus, through this current global theme, incorporated via Universal Health Coverage, it would be quite possible to routinely implement, latest technological innovations that are proving to be; cost-effective, feasible as well as therapeutically beneficial.

Accordingly, with rapid urbanization and growth in the economy of various countries; there have been notably increased evidence of growing disease burden; assigning rising demands for quality healthcare facilities, to be incorporated in national health insurance schemes. However, without an optimized priority setting techniques, healthcare benefits in more than 115 countries are not available to the common population, due to constraints in decision making and overall budgetary issues.

Thus, although cost-effective analysis is important to improve health outcome of the country; a thoughtful approach, in structuring the health benefits through the virtual, feasible, ethical and sustainable platform is truly essential.

Hence, with the commitment and financial contribution towards the Universal Health Coverage; it would be possible to explore global partners, in order to offer better context-sensitive evidence for effective decisions for supporting technical, institutional and information healthcare capacity.
