Patient Name: Lionel Macha
Age: 7 year
Indication: Autism Spectrum Disorder
Lionel Macha is a bright and energetic 7 year old boy. He was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at an early stage. While he was performing all his routine life chores independently like brushing his teeth, dressing, or eating; his verbal communication was noticeably delayed. With time he was able to speak several words, and was trying to be interactive. Although, his speech often used to lack clarity. His eye contact was very inconsistent, often influenced by his mood. According to his parents, Lionel used to be very impatient or intolerant in certain situations, like waiting in the hospitals for doctor’s visits, or while dining at the restaurant. His parents had also raised concerns about his emotional meltdowns, characterized by loud crying or shouting publicly.
His parents were very supportive and determined to support their son every step of the way. They learnt about personalized medicine and the limitless potential of stem cells in improving issues associated with neurodevelopmental conditions under Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Although his parents had gained much appreciated knowledge about stem cells and their regenerative potential; they were still not convinced of the safety and feasibility of the stem cells used.
“ Our extensive research finally led us to Advancells. We connected with its team and received detailed guidance about how stem cells are cultured, expanded at a larger scale, quantified, characterized, and qualified for therapeutic use. We were really impressed with their expertise and quality centric approach.”
On 15th April 2025, Lionel received high quality stem cells with a detailed investigation report mentioning their quantity and quality. “The report was highly systematic and generated in real time using standardized documentation practice. It gave us clarity and ensured complete transparency”
On the basis of the team’s suggestions, Lionel underwent three HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) sessions, further provoking stem cells to reach the targeted locations.
During his follow up discussion with doctors, his parents reported
- Noticeable improvement in his verbal communication.
- His vocabulary expanded to a great extent.
- He has started understanding what others are saying, and is repeating the same again.
- He is now building small sentences.
His parents are very happy with the milestones their son has achieved in a very short time. These developments marked a significant leap forward in his ability to express himself and engage with the world around him.
“While Lionel still experiences occasional mood swings and withdrawal issues, we are hopeful by looking at his progress that he will be more expressive and socially connected soon.”
His journey is still ongoing and we wish him the best of further development. Overall, the story reflects Lione’s incredible resilience, his family’s dedication, and strong belief in technological advancements.
